When
should I use DXALINKAGE and DXAFEXPORT
definitions in function headers?
|
|
DXAFEXPORT definition is used
in source code in function definitions
for functions that are exported
in a library.
DXALINKAGE definition is used
in library headers in function
prototype declarations for exported
library functions. That is, an
exported library function that
has DXAFEXPORT defined in source
code has DXALINKAGE defined in
header file.
The definitions have currently
no other meaning but denotation.
They should always be used, however,
for possible future use.
