The Ebsotech Partner Program
provides a framework for the
joint effort with the partner
towards common objectives. Co-operation
is built with three kinds of
partners: Development Partners,
Platform Providers and Technology
Partners. The forms and intensity
of the co-operation are derived
from both parties’ objectives
and business models.
Development Partners
IT companies interested in providing
services or products on Ebsotech
IX™ technology platform
as committed business partners
are most welcome in Ebsotech's
Partner Program as Development
Partners. The development co-operation
is based on a two standard License
agreements:
- Ebsotech IX™ Development
License
- Ebsotech IX™ End-user
License
One copy of the Ebsotech IX™ Development
License is needed per each software
engineer using the Ebsotech IX™ technology.
The Development License allows
the use of the Ebsotech IX™ technology
as well for product development
as for customer project implementation.
For each actual customer delivery
per one customer computing unit
one copy of the Ebsotech IX™ End-user
License is needed.
Technology Partners
IT companies producing technology
that can be integrated with Ebsotech
IX™ technology to enhance
the technology base are most welcome
in Ebsotech's Partner Program as
Technology Partners. The technology
co-operation is based on a Ebsotech
IX™ Technology Partner
License agreement, which will be
individually formulated.
Platform Providers
The Ebsotech IX™ technology
is developed to support many Windows,
Unix and Linux operating systems
and different hardware architectures.
Ebsotech is strongly intrested
in building mutually benefitial
co-operation with the platform
vendors providing these platforms
to their customers.
Strategic Alliance
Strategic Alliance involves a high
level of commitment between the
two companies in the form of sales
and development co-operation. The
objective of the intensive co-operation
is to strengthen both parties'
technology, product and service
portfolio. Partner companies also
carry out sales activities together
and eventually prepare joint proposals.
Co-operation within a Strategic
Alliance is generally based on
a product integration strategy
and an individually formulated
agreement.
